PROJECT DEVELOPMENT PROCESS
Responsibilities differ at the beginning, but both cooperation models move through the same approval-led sampling and production process.
Share your tech pack, reference sample, sketches, fabric requirements, estimated quantity and target date. We review feasibility, cost direction and timing.
Confirm materials, components, size specifications, colors, artwork, construction details, labels and packaging responsibilities.
We make the first sample for your review of fit, measurements, fabric, construction, color, details and overall appearance. Adjustments can be made based on your feedback before proceeding to pre-production samples.
Final fit, materials, workmanship, labels, packaging and bulk production standards are confirmed before production begins.
Material inspection, cutting, sewing, in-line checks, finishing, final inspection and packing are managed as one production process.
Products are packed to the approved requirements. Shipping details and required documents are confirmed before dispatch.
