PROJECT INFORMATION
What brands usually ask us.
Every order is reviewed individually. These answers provide a useful starting point; your quotation and project confirmation define the final requirements.
01What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our MOQ is 200 units per style and color, with a minimum total order quantity of 600 units.
Different MOQs may apply to custom hardware, fabrics, trims, accessories, dyeing, printing, and embroidery.
Please contact us for more details.
02Why is this MOQ required?
Most apparel collections need at least four sizes. If an order is below 200 units, there may be fewer than 50 units available in each size. This can lead to stock outs and waste the time and budget that brands invest in promoting the product.
03What is a tech pack?
A tech pack is like a blueprint containing all the technical specifications needed to produce a garment design.
It is a central reference used by designers and apparel production teams during development and manufacturing, helping communicate every detail of the design.
04Can I provide my own tech pack and samples?
Yes. You are welcome to provide your own tech pack and samples.
Please note that the tech pack must include technical drawings, construction details, measurements, a size chart, and a list of materials and components.
05Can you help me create a tech pack?
Yes, absolutely. We specialize in creating tech packs for clients across different product categories.
06What do you specialize in?
We specialize in a wide range of woven garments and have more than 20 years of manufacturing experience.
07Do you have ready-made garments in stock?
Unfortunately, we do not keep ready-made garments in stock because we are a custom apparel manufacturing service provider.
08Do you send samples?
Yes. We typically provide an initial sample, an approval sample, and a pre-production sample.
09What if I am not satisfied with the sample you send?
If you are not satisfied with the sample, we can revise it according to your requirements.
10How much do samples cost?
Sample fees vary according to the design and its complexity, generally ranging from USD 100 to USD 150. The sample fee can be credited toward your bulk-production order. Contact us for details about sampling and fees.
11What if I receive defective items?
We will issue a refund for the affected items.
Defects are usually limited because we apply strict controls at every step and conduct quality checks on samples, fabrics, and completed production.
12Can you accept rush orders?
No, we are unable to accept rush orders. The production process requires close attention to detail, and each stage must be completed before the next one can begin.
13Do you allow factory visits?
Yes. Please contact us to schedule a factory visit.
14Can I request samples in all sizes?
We generally provide a fit sample and a graded size sample for your reference and comparison. If you have special requirements, please contact us for further assistance.
15Why can the same fabric have slight color variations across different batches or orders?
Because there may be a time gap between sourcing sample fabric and bulk production, slight shade differences of one to two shade levels lighter or darker, as well as fabric-weight variations of up to +/-10%, may occur.
This happens because fabric production, dyeing, and finishing processes can differ. Custom dyeing may have the same issue because fabric used for sampling and bulk production may come from different production batches.
16Can my design be made in a specified color?
Fabric can be dyed to a specified color, but this requires custom dyeing.
Custom dyeing requires additional time and cost.
In addition, custom dyeing has a higher MOQ.
17When should I choose custom fabric development?
If you have specific fabric requirements, such as a unique texture, wrinkle resistance, or anti-static properties, please contact us. We operate a fabric mill with an annual output of more than 20 million meters.
18When should I use in-stock fabrics?
For small-batch orders, proven, best-selling base fabrics are usually a more practical choice. Many brands have used these materials, and their quality is reliable and well tested.
19Are all garments certified?
Certification availability depends on the selected materials, production route, and order requirements. Supporting documentation for GRS, GOTS, OCS, ISO 9001, EUROPEAN FLAX, and other relevant certifications must be confirmed for each specific project.
20Can specific certification reports be issued as requested?
Yes, we can arrange relevant testing and apply for certification reports according to your requirements. Please inform us of the standard type and test items in advance.
21Do you offer shipping services?
Yes, we offer international shipping services. We will provide quotations and transit times for your selection. You may also use your own freight forwarder if preferred.
22What are your payment terms?
Normally, we require a 30% deposit before bulk production starts, with the full balance paid before delivery. We can discuss specific payment terms based on your order.
